We want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-returnable items: Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for return unless defective.

Natural fabric note: Each ReZen piece is handcrafted using natural fabrics and traditional dyeing techniques. Slight variations in colour, texture, weave, or print are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship — making every piece uniquely yours. These are not defects. Colours may bleed due to natural dyes — wash separately. Product colours may also vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
